Owner Crystal Newport has been in the construction industry for 24 years with
9 years being "hands-on" and 15 years as a Project Manager for both Commercial and Residential projects up to $2 Million. Her construction
experience started when she was a junior in high school working for a local builder for class credit. She fell in love with the aspects of construction and was eager to learn more. She moved to Alaska to work on commercial construction
projects ranging from grocery stores to government housing remodels. Two years
later she moved back to her hometown of Minocqua to continue to pursue her
interests in the construction field. She quickly moved into the office where she started with sales and was promoted to Project Manager. The next 12 years she gained valuable experience in sales, designing, estimating, on site management, and most importantly putting customers first.
Crystal is locally respected and highly recommended by her team of sub-contractors, material vendors and previous customers. She has excellent communication skills, knowledge, design, leadership, and a strong work ethic giving you a worry-free construction experience that you deserve.
