What to Expect During Construction

 

1. A highly organized and detailed Project Manager will over see daily operations, scheduling, and all other aspects of your construction project.  You will receive frequent calls, e-mails, and photos of the construction progress.  Your Project Manager works to keep your project on time and on budget.

 

2. Finishing your basement can take between 7 and 16 weeks from start to finish depending on selections and product availability.

 

3. Day 1: PROTECTION, PROTECTION, PROTECTION.  Before construction begins we will go through great measures to protect your home's surfaces and valuables as needed for your project. 

 

4. Your job site will be cleaned up daily.

 

5. Respectful and qualified crews preforming their specific trade.

 

6. A finished basement to enjoy with your family and friends.
